Travel service handling fee chart

(This document is part of the explanation of transaction conditions as stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law.)

Thank you for choosing our company for your travel needs. When arranging contracts for travel or travel-related procedures, as well as during travel consultations, we would like to inform you of the following handling fees. Please note that these travel service handling fees are set in accordance with the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We will continue to strive for improved service to our valued customers. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

    Within 20% of the accommodation voucher value

  • Change Processing Fee

    For complex arrangements involving transportation and accommodation, etc.:

    For group travel with 8 or more people:
    Within 20% of the pre-change travel cost for the part subject to changes

    For individuals (other than the above):
    1 case: 1,100 yen

    For changes to transportation booking/arrangements:

    1 case: 1,100 yen

    For changes to accommodation booking/arrangements (including cases where a change of accommodation voucher is required):

    1 case: 1,100 yen

  • Cancellation Procedure Fee

    For complex arrangements involving transportation and accommodation, etc.:

    For group travel with 8 or more people:
    Within 20% of the pre-change travel cost for the part subject to cancellation

    For individuals (other than the above):
    1 case: 1,100 yen

    For cancellation of transportation arrangements (including cases where settlement procedures for unused transport tickets are required):

    1 case: 1,100 yen

    For cancellation of accommodation arrangements (including cases where settlement procedures for unused accommodation vouchers are required):

    1 case: 1,100 yen

  • Consultation Fees

    [1] Consultation for Customer's Travel Plan Creation

    Basic Fee (Up to 30 minutes): 2,200 yen
    Subsequent 30-minute intervals: 2,200 yen

    [2] Creation of Travel Plan

    Per itinerary: 2,200 yen

    [3] Estimate of expenses for the trip (for complex trips involving arrangements for transportation and accommodation, etc.)

    Basic fee: 1,100 yen, and 1,100 yen per day of travel itinerary

    [4] Estimate of transportation costs and fees

    1 case: 2,200 yen

    [5] Provision of Information Regarding Travel Destination or Transportation/Accommodation Facilities

    Per document (A4 size): 550 yen

    [6] On-site Consultation by Customer Request

    An additional fee of 3,300 yen on top of fees [1]-[5] mentioned above.

  • Tour Conductor Service Fee

    Per tour conductor, per day: 33,000 yen
    (Excluding actual travel expenses such as accommodation and transportation costs)

  • Communication Fee

    In cases of urgent local arrangements, cancellations, changes, etc. due to customer requests

    Per communication: 550 yen
    (Telephone charges and telegraph fees are separate)

[Note 1] Group travel arrangements refer to cases where multiple travelers travel on the same itinerary with a designated representative.

[Note 2] If changes or cancellations are made at the customer's request, in addition to the cancellation fees stipulated by the transportation and accommodation providers, the above change and cancellation handling fees will be charged.

[Note 3] When staying consecutively at the same accommodation, it will be treated as one case.

[Note 4] The above fees include consumption tax.

About [Arrangement Fee]

  • “Arrangement” includes issuance without reservations.
  • For consecutive stays at the same facility, it’s considered as one arrangement per facility.
  • “Arranging transportation carriers” refers to arranging JR, private railways, buses, ferries, etc.
  • Simultaneous arrangements for the same transportation carrier are considered as one arrangement per carrier, regardless of one-way/round-trip, section, or the number of people.
  • “Arranging sightseeing tickets” refers to arranging entrance tickets, meal vouchers, temple/shrine tickets, etc.

About [Change Processing Fee / Cancellation Processing Fee]

  • These fees are applicable for changes and cancellations after the arrangements have been initiated. For changes, the fee is assessed for each change made.
  • The aforementioned Arrangement Fee[1] will be charged separately.
  • Regarding cancellations, accommodation facilities and transportation carriers, as well as fees already paid or to be paid for cancellation fees, accommodation charges, penalties, or other items, will be charged separately.
